SUMMARY:The Cowtown CALF Run
DESCRIPTION:On October 5th\, The C.A.L.F. Race takes place at The Coyote Drive-In Theatre and will feature three different distances to choose from—1-mile\, 5K or 10K. As runners enjoy running along Fort Worth’s scenic Trinity Trail\, they can look forward to a fun post-race atmosphere that includes the following: a finisher’s bandana for one-mile participants\, high-quality medals for 5K and 10K distances\, a delicious pancake breakfast (included with registration cost)\, face painting for the children\, and a DJ playing fun and lively music. This event has loads of children and families participating\, many who run with their school teams. Another perk of this event is that the proceeds go right back into our C.A.L.F. Program—which benefits low-income children and gives them a free pair of running shoes and heath training to jumpstart their health at an early age. We look forward to celebrating this mile-stone 10th anniversary of the C.A.L.F.
