JOHN WAYNE TRUE GRIT SERIES 5K
The 5K course weaves through the Historic Fort Worth Stockyards in Fort Worth, TX. The run starts at the "John Wayne: An American Experience" exhibit and goes down the cobblestone streets of the Stockyards and out and along the Trinity Trails where you'll take in views of the Downtown Fort Worth skyline. Complete the run back in the Fort Worth Stockyards. The run benefits the John Wayne Cancer Foundation.

Panther Island Ice returns this holiday season. Fort Worth’s outdoor ice skating rink will operate seven days a week at Coyote Drive-In from November 19 through January 17 including all holidays! The rink is real ice located mostly under a large pavilion. Ice skate and enjoy Coyote’s other amenities including covered seating, gas heaters and a full food & drink menu including beer and wine options. Cowtown Marathon Race Event
The Cowtown Marathon is back to our old ways, and our annual event will once again take place on the last weekend of February. (February 25th – 27th, 2022). The 2022 Cowtown will include all the In-Person events: Kids 5K presented by Academy Sports + Outdoors, Adults 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, Healthy Hig Relay, Full Marathon, and Ultra Marathon presented by Miller Lite.
